Needs evaluation: Headaches that occur constantly and associated with symptoms of dizziness should not be taken lightly. If this is happening more towards the evening it could be Tension headaches arising from the daily stressors of life. If this is happening intensely over a few months and then disappears this could Cluster headaches. However there are other sinister causes which can be ruled out by a CT scan

More information: I cannot tell your gender from this site but were the headaches menstrual related. Migraines can be prolonged at times as well. As a general guideline, if you have headaches that change in character from your typical symptoms, always seek evaluation.
