No interference: Contrary to popular beliefs, almost no antibiotics interact with alcohol, and levofloxacin does not. Heavy alcohol impairs the immune system's ability to fight infection, but alcohol in moderation makes no difference. Just don't overdo it. If in doubt, contact the doctor treating you.
