Yes: Osteoporosis, hypercholesterolnemia, early onset heart disease, weight gain, and sexual dysfunction just to name a few. If you still have your uterus intact ask your gyn about hrt with estrogen/progesterone. A small dose of testosterone may also be needed. In addition, if you are hypothyroid it is very important that you be placed on supplementation for that as well.
