Ibuprofen/Acetaminop: You can alternate Ibuprofen and Paracetamol for pain in full adult dose,400 mgm of Iguprofen every 6 hours if no allergy or stomach ulcers.And Paracetmol(Tylenol)650 to 1000 mgm every 4 hours,Rest and lot of fluids and follow up with your doctor.Sometimes if Anti Viral drugs are used early on like Tamiflu it shortens the course of the Flu Ask your doctor about the pain meds if it is ok to take
