Presume alcohol: First ask yourself "am i an alcoholic?", ask close fiends or relatives who are either non or social drinkers whether they think you have a drinking problem, can you go one or more days without craving alcohol?. You may need help in this regard, aa or counseling. Get plenty of exercise & maintain a good healthy diet with lots of fruit, vegetables & grain & low in sugar, carbs & salt. 3 meals a day.
