i have had alopecia barbae for about 6 months now and now have noticed 2 spots on my scalp. i cant afford a dr. whats a over the counter or naturalfix?

Alopecia areata: The usual treatment for this is NOTHING. It usually returns to normal in 1 or 2 years. You can try OTC minoxidil 2% at $4. Apply a drop twice a day. Forget "natural". That has no meaning. Any product promoted as "natural" is not honest.

Sounds like it: Alopecia areata can regrow on its own without treatment. If you are experiencing more hair loss though then I would follow up with dermatologist
