I've had post nasal drip and sinus head ache for six weeks. there is also a small cyst-like object on the back right wall of my throat. do i need antibiotics, or is it something i can treat over the counter?

Headache: Sinus headaches are often not really from sinus congestion and post nasal drip can be from allergies. If the cyst like object is growing I would get that checked out.
