Ear malady: This could be due to a multitude of ear-related conditions (such as an inner ear or ear canal infection). This may also be due to inflammation of the inner ear or wax build-up in the ear canal, which may cause the symptoms you described. An examination would greatly assist and should be strongly considered. Please visit an urgent care center to have this examined.
