SSRIs: Please do what your doc says and make no medication changes w/out consulting him/her first. Beyond that, SSRIs do not need to be taken for life. Please consider cognitive therapy or other treatment by a psychologist who specializes in mood disorders. See "Feeling Good" book by David Burns for some self-help also. Peace and good health.
