Complex problem: Anovulation is one of the more common causes of difficulty getting pregnant. But its a complex preblem with a long list of causes. Examples are thyroid problems, PCOS, Obesity, Diabetes.... The best thing to do is to go and see an Ob/Gyn and find out what the problem is. Best wishes!
