Get it checked: It is almost impossible to predict the nature of it without looking at the lesion so I think you better get it checked with a doctor

This should: be checked out..not "emergent" but as soon as practicable....don't "fool around " with freckle appearing lesions which occur suddenly! Hope this helps! Dr Z
