Depends on cause: You don't provide enough info about the exact cause and type of pain. At vaginal opening? Penis able to enter, or blocked? Internal pain/abdominal paiin? You probably can't know the cause or fix it without professional help. Find a gyn who specializes in sexual health and make appointment for evaluation to learn the cause and probably prevent the problem. This can be helped; do it today!
