Gall bladder surgery: I suspect they tugged on lots of things to get them out of the way when getting to GB and may have blown you up with lots of air to see better. But check with your team they know you and the followup issues better than anyone here.

Post op pain : Any time one has surgery there is a period of adjustment while things come back to normal. Random pains are common. Take ibuprofen or Tylenol as needed. Should improve over the next few weeks
