I'm type 1 diabetic and when i turned 31 i noticed when my wife and i had sex i was producing small amount of semen or none at all. how can i correct?

Better glucose contr: Better glucose control may help, but the problem may be permanent. Ivf/icsi techniques, however, can extract viable sperm (if present) from the testicle and allow for fertilization and pregnancy. Check w/your reproductive endocrinologist if interested.
