PID?: With low abdominal pain ("cramping"), I'm worried that your chlamydial infection had developed into pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection). If so, you should have been treated with more than single dose treatment, but with a combination of antibiotics (e.g. doxycycline + metronidazole). Also a shot of ceftriaxone to cover possible gonorrhea. Contact your doctor ASAP.
