No. Increases it.: Breast tissue's made of both fibrocystic tissue (the dense parts of the ducts) as well fat. If you lose weight, presumably you are going to lose fat. In that situation, there is more fibrous tissue relative to fat in the breast, making it MORE dense overall. That being said, there are benefits to weight loss, including in decreasing risk of breast cancer, that outweigh density changes. TTYD. GL!
