Needs examination : Many structures can cause pain here. Could be ear throat/tonsil neck gland neck muscle amongst others. Best to see a doctor for an examination to sort it out urgently if trouble breathing

See a doctor soon: this could be nothing but muscle sprain or spasm but i cant help but worry that something more serious may be going on in the chest. i would want to see a chest xray or an electrocardiogram if there is any doubt. it's worth looking into
