See a doctor: This sort of symptom needs in-person professional evaluation. Are you sure the dishcarge is from the urethra, not vagina? In any case, it sounds like an infection, although atypical for most urinary tract infections. STDs are possible if at risk, but quite rare at your age. Don't mess around with this; see your doctor ASAP. Good luck!
