Maybe nothing wrong: Not enough information to know if anything is wrong or abnormal. How long have had them? How large? Irregular shape or smooth? If a small (1-2 mm) bump on each side, maybe normal Skene's glands. Or vestibular papillae or skin tags, which are normal. Maybe genital warts if new, irregular shape. You can google all these for photos. If you remain in doubt, show your doctor during next routine exam.

Bumps: I would see a doc. One really needs to see them. It could be anything from little glands to an STD.
