Gas: This gas buildup may be due to excessive gas formation after eating certain foods or just normal gas that your digestive tract doesn't transmit downward for passage through the rectum. Lactose or gluten intolerance can be an issue. Taking simethicone after meals may prevent much of the gas buildup. Avoid gassy foods and consult a gastroenterologist as needed and appropriate tests will be ordered.

Bloated ,cramps: Likely may have gastritis with or without H pylori . May consider trying ranitidine and or prevacid. Would follow up with GI regarding H pylori. Alternatively may be esosinophilic esophagitis, food allergies like gluten soy ,gallbladder or pancreas or even ovarian issues f/u/ w/ doc
