Nasal cannula: A nasal cannula is a clear flexible tube that is placed under the nose. The tube includes two little short tubes (prongs) that go inside the nostrils. The rest of the flexible tube runs over each ear and can be tightened under the chin or behind the head. A nasal cannula is for providing low flow, extra oxygen.
