Digestive health: The question needs more clarification. A diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, sufficient water and certain types of yogurts generally does good for digestive health. Conditions such as ibs, ibd, celiac disease and many others may be seen in this age group. Consultation with one's physician or internist is recommended.
