Too soon: I dont recommend for my patients to have sex until after 4 weeks after surgery. Were you on birth control before your sterilization? You might need to fu wtih your doctor

Need a Gyn exam: "Bleeding heavy like a period for 3 to 4 days after sex" requires an evaluation and a Gyn examination to determine its cause and provide you an appropriate treatment . Call your Gyn for an appointment.
