Can't tell: Your description warrants pelvic exam, and probably ultrasound exam too, can be a fibroid coming down in the vagina. In your case unlikely to be a prolapsed uterus, at any rate you need a gynecologist, good luck

Postmenopausal and never had kids, is vaginal laxity normal or beginning of a prolapse. Not protrudes but I can see my walls when I look standing up.
