No: No, you should not take Mucinex Sinus-Max. Avoid phenylephrine.I would use hydrazine for your blood pressure not labetalol and for your sinus pressure or cold I would see MD for a full history and exam. Studies show sinusitis can be treated safely with intranasal steroids such as flonase/amoxicillin if needed, use a neti pot to irrigate, hot rag to face, steam in shower, humidifier. Good luck.
