Lymph-node?: Its not a sign that your period is coming. This is probably a swollen lymph-node. Any kind of irritation in the underarm or surrounding area can cause these lymph-nodes to swell. Shaving, ingrown hairs, pimples, etc. are common causes. They usually go away in a few days. If its persistent over a month, or you get them at other locations, see your doctor about it. Best wishes!
