You have a scar: You can laser the scar but that requires multiple treatment visits & will yield 'improvement' not necessarily 'perfection'. The punch biopsy is an option followed by some 'scar cream' . This should also yield some 'improvement' . You may be fortunate & get 75-80 % improvement from either of the aforementioned procedure options
