Explanation : Because there are a lot changes in uterus with period coming, like swelling, many vessels enlarged and so on.. If you have this in any other places like throat or nose for example , you have pain over there and go to a doctor. Take Motrin or Advil for this pain related to your cycle. It's helpful.
