Prostate fluid? STD?: Defecation puts pressure on the prostate gland, sometimes squeezing out prostate fluid. Usually it's nothing important, but if new for you, and if there all the time, you could have an infection, such as prostatitis or an STD. And obviously STDs are one your mind, given the topic tags you chose. See a doctor for examination and testing.
