Herpes? STD?: This is an unusual symptom of UTI. I would be worried about herpes, especially if there is a visible sore on or near your clitoris. Herpes and other STDs can cause symptoms similar to UTI. If any doubt, see your doctor ASAP, the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis of herpes. Good luck.
