Probably normal : There can be a small leak through the stitches. If bleeding occurs apply firm pressure over the wound. Seek urgent medical attention if not stopping after 20mins of firm pressure or any time you feel unwell or feverish. May wish to see a doctor to examine your wound if you have ongoing concerns as hard to give specific advice over this forum

No problem: 3 drops of blood from a few days old wound is not a problem. If it is red inflamed or swollen or feels boggy then there is reason for concern.
