Probiotics: Probiotics can have unpredictable effects on people's stool habits. If the increased frequency of stools is desired, then there is no reason to change. If it is not desirable, you could try to cut back or change to a different probiotic. Otherwise, there is usually no negative consequences of taking a daily probiotic. Good luck.
