Sugar level rise: Sugar levels normally rise and then fall after eating, depending on what you eat, how much, and when you check the blood. Sleepy after a large meal is also normal, the blood is diverted to the stomach and GI tract to digest all the food you ate! But that would not cause the yawning all day. Yawning is a differest story, It's a respiratory system mechanism to get a "pick me up" on extra oxygen.
