How do you treat heat bumps?

Heat rash?: Another name is prickly heat. It is a rash that you get in hot humid climates when skin is covered by no breathable fabrics. Cool water and soap will help, aloe, and hydrocortisone for severe cases. Avoidance and prevention are best.
