What is a heat bump?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe a heat rash?: Heat rashes occur, and are not uncommon. Sometimes it's related to sweating a lot, with or without "blocked" sweat glands or oil glands. Other times it's related to sports equipment friction, bacteria, moisture, etc... Being in a hot tub can lead to a "hot tub" rashes. Rashes are difficult to describe in words, so it is best to have a doctor look at a rash.
