Vaginal discharge: The cervical mucous expelled from the vagina changes throughout the menstrual cycle. If this discharge before your period is the same every month then it may be normal. If this is a new problem for you then it may indicate a vaginal infection. The best way to assess it is to see an Obgyn when the discharge is present so that testing can be done
