Get medical checkup: Most breast lumps can be felt as harder tumors but you need to use the flat part of your fingers rolled over the area of concern. If you feel a distinct MASS/LUMP , WHICH IS HARDER THAN REST OF your breast, then you should get it checked by your doctor for the sake of confirmation.
