Gonorrhea tests: This is a tough issue where one test says positive and the other negative. Our human tendency is to believe the result that we like but for safety reasons it is usually safer to treat based on the positive STD screen. NAAT is great for gonorrhea & chlamydia testing but false positive tests can occur.
