Heat Injury: It's possible that you have a heat stroke or a sunstroke what you need to do is to hydrate a lot and take a cold shower drink a lot of water and take 1000 mg acetaminophen if you're not better tomorrow though which means within 48 hours after exposure you need to seek medical attention.
