Conception concerns: At age 23, most women get pregnant with unprotected intercourse in one year , unless there is a medical problem with themselves or their male partners. If you go the one year time frame without pregnancy, see a Fertility GYN MD and have your partner provide a sperm analysis to the MD as well.
