Menstrual cramping: pelvic pain during menstrual cycles ( dysmenorrhea ) may be due to hormonal fluctuations or pelvic issues. If not allergic, I suggest using Advil or Aleve for the cramping; however, if sexually active and unprotected, do a home pregnancy test and see your GYN.
