Back pain: Recommend that you do a neutral spine core stability program for a few weeks. If not significantly improved it may be time to have it evaluated. Can see videos of neutral spine exercises on youtube. This includes planks and "birddog".

Seeing a doctor at least once is advised for individuals suffering from back pain. The medical history & exam obtained by the dr may not always provide the diagnosis, but can rule out many conditions.
