Irregular bleeding: Plan B can also cause irregular bleeding. Need to check a home pregnancy test 3 weeks after date of unprotected sex to be certain if pregnant or not. Sperm can be found in pre-ejaculate fluids so pregnancy cannot be ruled out unless tested.
