2.5 mg?: 2.5 mg (and 1.5 mg) are astonishingly low doses of Vit. C, given that the recommended daily intake is 75 mg, so I wonder if your information is correct. Vitamin C in any dose is not known to affect the actions of BCP's. The article Dr. Poinsett shared says that doses above 1000 mg/day can increase side effects of estrogen on OCP's by raising estrogen levels, but this would increase effectiveness.
