At your age (25): it is most likely that you have IBS C (Irritable bowel Syndrome/Constipation but THIS IS A DIAGNOSIS "of exclusion") ie: OTHER bowel problems must be RULED OUT (eg Inflammatory Bowel Disorders) ( Lactase Deficiency etc ) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
