Vomiting: Try to feed small meals more frequent to reduce stomach distension and vomiting If he continues to vomit you might need to take him to ER to get him checked out, as that might result in Dehydration

Emesis: Age? fever? diarrhea ? How long? . if he can not hold down liquids he needs to be in the ER as he will dehydrate and dehydration causes vomiting. Check for strep if teeth and with other children , if runny nose check for flu. Consider obstruction- pyloric stenosis, intussusception or food intolerances. Check for urinary tract infection Go to ER today May need imaging -CT
