Some time ago, my scrotum started itching like crazy. it comes and goes and sometimes i don't even feel it but when it's there, it's really itchy!

Topical cortisone: Need to find out the cause which may include laundry products, allergic or irritant reactions etc. Try applying 1% hydrocortisone cream up to 3x daily for a few days. If still not helpful, consult a dermatologist.
