Multiple tiny non painful or puss filled bumps around anal sphincter. not sure what it is can't find conventional diagnosis that refers to my symptoms?

Sounds normal: This sounds like you're seeing the normal appearance of the anus. If no pain or bleeding and the bumps aren't changing much as the weeks go by, probably all is well. You can search the web to find photos showing what a normal anus looks like. If any doubt, have your doctor check it out next time you have reason to visit a doctor.

Pus filled bumps: These lesions may be due to folliculitis-tiny skin infections of hair follicles. If they don't clear after hot water applications, patting dry and applying antibacterial ointment like bacitracin, consult your physician,dermatologist or proctologist.
