Vaginal bleeding (not rectal) after bowel movement, why could this be? had cervical polyp removed 3 years ago if this is relevant?

Should get an exam: A cervical polyp could bleed after a bowel movement, so that's one possibility. Cervical polyps are common and they often recur. I'd recommend getting an exam and if there's no polyp visible, and no other concerns (infection, inflammation, or abnormal Pap smear) then I'd recommend a pelvic ultrasound to look deeper.
