Aggressive: attitude is bad for health in general. It creates stress hormones in the body. Please try to sort out what is at the root of it, e.g., the unjust world we live in, past hurts, etc. We all need to learn to adjust and live peacefully as possible. A clinical psychologist or prudent spiritual leader can help a lot. Peace and good health.
